Art.Nr. 050526
Application
- Excellent for lubricating and making mechanical elements workable as well as for removing and preserving fretting corrosion on metallic surfaces.
- For corrosion protection, lubricating, cleaning and making mechanical parts working in all areas of application where there is a risk of release into the environment.
- Fine-mechanical drives, measuring tools, sliders, spindles, joints, fittings, chains and ropes, cylinder locks, screw connections, axial face seals etc.
Properties
- Biodegradable: > 85% according to OECD 301 B
- Raw materials are on the LuSC-list (as of TD creation)
- Multifunctional in use
- Reduces friction and energy consumption
- Optimal temporary corrosion protection of metallic surfaces
- Good creeping effect
- Excellent lubricating and passable making of mechanical elements
- Cleans oil and fat from dirty surfaces
- Silicone-free
- Does not contain acid and resin
- Absorbs water residues
- Excellent compatibility with common materials
- Best possible combination of cleaning and thin film lubrication
- Neutral to most plastics and elastomers
Instructions
- Application by spray can or spraying device onto the dry and degreased surface.
- Before storage of tools the cooling bores can be flushed and are thus protected from corrosion.
- Before flushing with pump systems check compatibility with sealings.
- For removal of fretting corrosion, rub in PRO-setral-KS ECO in circular motions with a fiber fleece cloth and wipe off with a cleaning cloth.
- The minimum shelf life in original sealed containers, stored in a cool and dry place (no direct sunlight) is about 3 years.
- Due to the variety of applications we highly recommend to always carry out corresponding tests prior to general use.
