Application
- For temporary and long-term preservation of injection moulds and tools, as well as exterior and interior preservation of aggregates, machine parts and other metallic surfaces.
Properties
- Excellent long-term corrosion protection
- Greenish film for visualisation on blank metal
- Forms a soft, greasy corrosion protection film after solvent evaporation
- Highly efficient even at razor-thin application
- Compatible with mineral oil based lubricants
- Resistant to seawater
- Extremely water repellent
- Usually removed completely from injection moulding tools after a few shots
- Silicone-free
- Economical in consumption
Instructions
- Application by spray can or spraying device onto the dry and degreased surface.
- Shake well prior to use (spray).
- Apply product thin and evenly.
- Short drying time at room temperature.
- Thicker layer thickness increases the corrosion protection.
- Allow solvents to evaporate completely before storage.
- The minimum shelf life in original sealed containers, stored in a cool and dry place (no direct sunlight) is about 3 years.
- Due to the variety of applications we highly recommend to always carry out corresponding tests prior to general use.
