Application
- Fully synthetic cleaning dilution especially developed for screw compressors. Also suited for other oil-bearing circulating systems like gears, hydraulic systems etc.
Properties
- Dissolves varnish-like deposits and carbonized residues
- Enables cleaning without downtime or disassembling of the operating unit
- Neutral behavior with common cloggings at a max. concentration of 10% in the oil
- Enables extended oil change intervals or better efficiency
Instructions
- Miscible with oils on base of mineral oil, synthetic hydro carbons, ester and non-watermiscible polyalkylene glycol.
- Consider the viscosity and wear protection of loaded operating units.
- For cleaning displace 10% of the used oil in the system with CLEAN-setral-COVA. Drain the oil DIRECTLY after approx. 50 operating hours at an ideal oil temperature of 70-80°C and clean or better replace the filter.
- For ideal life-time of the new oil a residue-free cleaning of all pipes and corners is inevitable.
- The minimum shelf life in original sealed containers, stored in a cool and dry place (no direct sunlight) is about 5 years.
- Due to the variety of applications we highly recommend to always carry out corresponding tests prior to general use.
